Your personal consultant will conduct a general body and Health assessment. As you progress, your personal consultant will reassess your health periodically and adjust your personalized routine until you attain your desired results.
The "Fitness" Assessment consists of checking your resting heart rate as well as your ability to perform certain exercises within a specified time. That will also give us a good guide to work from when putting together a health and fitness plan for you.
Your personal consultant will begin with a precise and comprehensive body measurement analysis of key parts of your body, including weight and body fat. We will also discuss your current diet and exercise routine in order to gain a better understanding of your situation. Losing inches off your problem areas is the primary objective. As your progress, your personal consultant will take measurements periodically and adjust your personalized routine until you attain your desired results.
In order to provide you with the most personalized service, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation with us. During this consultation, we will assess your individual needs and provide you with tailored recommendations on which programs would be most suitable for you.
Upon registering for one of our programs, the consultation fee will be applied towards the cost of your selected program. This ensures that you receive the full benefit of our services while also making the most of your investment.
