ZFIT Wellness Performance Affiliate Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the ZFIT Wellness Performance Affiliate Referral Program! We appreciate your interest in promoting our services and helping others discover the benefits of our platform. Please review the following terms and conditions governing our affiliate referral program:

1. Eligibility :

Participation in the affiliate referral program is open to all active ZFit Wellness Performance Prime members.

To become an affiliate, you must agree to these terms and conditions and comply with our policies.

2. Referral Process :

As an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral link or code that you can share with your network. Example Code: JOE4ZFIT

When someone signs up for a ZFit Wellness Performance Prime membership using your referral link or code, they will receive a discount (10%) on the products and services purchased through http://zfitwellnessperformance.com and you will be eligible for a referral reward.

3. Referral Reward :

Affiliate rewards are only made on Products and Services. Excludes ZFIT Prime Memberships and Academy.

The referral reward will be credited to your account once the referred member's return window of 14 days is closed without any cancellation or refund. The amount will be disbursed after a cool of period of 40 days

The referral reward may vary depending on the current promotion or offer at the time of the referral.

Please note below the commission for ZFIT Prime Members w.e.f January 2024

Bronze Member : - 10% Commission on the total Net order value after deducting taxes and shipping.

Silver Member : - 15% Commission on the total Net order value after deducting taxes and shipping.

Gold Member : - 20% Commission on the total Net order value after deducting taxes and shipping.

4. Payment and Crediting :

Referral rewards will be credited to your Bank Account / Paypal Account account within a 40 day time frame after the return window of 14 days is closed for the referred member.

5. Compliance :

You agree to promote ZFit Wellness Performance in a lawful and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with our brand guidelines and do not misrepresent our products or services.

6. Termination :

ZFit Wellness Performance reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate referral program at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

In the event of termination, any accrued referral rewards may be forfeited.

7. Modification of Terms :

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate referral program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
